What is Audio Podium?

Audio Podium, It is where you punch in some numbers at the beginning of the conference call and record your call so callers can call back into the bridge line later and listen to the call. At Seek Solutions, your recording is available on our system for 21 days from when you make your recording.

An Audio Podium records teleclasses, promotions, panel discussions or interviews for your business, product or practice. Up to 240 people can dial in and listen to your recording simultaneously.

Have the right media available for everyone’s needs. For your paid teleclasses series, when someone misses a class, now they can hear what they missed twenty-four hours a day. Use an Audio Podium to record one of your teleclasses and send it to your family, friends, or folks who missed your class.

If you only have the AudioPodium recording of your message and it is lost due to a technical difficulty you may not be able to recover it. Please be aware that an AudioPodium is a computer based service that is subject to human, software and hardware errors. Though these errors are rare, they do happen occasionally at the most inconvenient times. These errors may occur under certain unpredictable circumstances that cause the AudioPodium message to be erased, lost or garbled. It would be prudent to record your message on tape for backup. If your AudioPodium message is lost for any reason, you will then be able to restore it from your back up recording.

In order to back up your message you will need some additional equipment that is

1. Phone Cassette Recorder

2. A two female to one male modular phone adapter for your phone line connection may be needed and a cassette tape of suitable length.
